Well, how time flies when you’re having dramming-based fun! Today marks the 15th anniversary of The Whisky Wire and of my time in the industry as a whole.

Posts like these can often end up sounding a little self-indulgent, so I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has ever visited the website, taken part in any of our tasting events, interacted with us on social media, or supported myself or the website in any other way.

I would also like to extend a huge thanks to all the brands that have shown such fantastic support throughout the years — I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy some truly amazing experiences, both here in the UK and around the world.

Also a mahoosive thanks goes to the 200+ clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with, for both my tasting events and in my various freelance roles.

After many years of hoping to do so, I finally managed to revamp and relaunch the website earlier this year. I’m still finishing off the final licks of paint and updating the last batch of historical content, but a whole wave of fresh, regularly updated content is on the way!

Once again, a huge thanks for all your support — I look forward to raising a glass of something suitably celebratory to you all!
