The Glenlivet has announced the launch of a new Global Travel Retail exclusive collection, celebrating the mastery and vision of its Cask Master, Kevin Balmforth.

The Glenlivet Cask Master’s Collection comprises three single malt Scotch whiskies — 14, 16 and 19 Years Old — each showcasing the Speyside distillery’s iconic smooth style.

Drawing on over 200 years of whisky-making expertise passed down through generations of cask masters, Kevin Balmforth has meticulously selected the casks to create this trio of new releases.

The Glenlivet 14 Year Old (40% ABV) Matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, this expression offers a harmonious balance of flavour, with notes of baked apple and citrus zest delivering a smooth and complex experience. The crystalline blue colour gradient of the packaging is inspired by the crystal waters of the River Livet.

The Glenlivet 16 Year Old (40% ABV) Matured exclusively in American oak casks, this whisky presents a sweet and creamy profile, with notes of toffee and ripe plum. The bold red gradient design of the pack takes inspiration from the sunsets over Speyside.

The Glenlivet 19 Year Old (48% ABV) Matured in a combination of American and European oak casks and finished in Scottish oak, this expression reveals layers of stewed apples, blackcurrant and warming spice. Its packaging reflects the changing hues of the Scottish forests where the native oak resides.

The Cask Master’s Collection also marks the debut of a refined and contemporary new design for The Glenlivet. The refreshed packaging features a new brand monogram and on-pack wave graphics, symbolising the meaning of The Glenlivet — “The Valley of the Smooth Flowing One.”

The Glenlivet Cask Master’s Collection — 14, 16 and 19 Years Old — is now available exclusively from Global Travel Retail outlets, for the respective RRPs of $85.00, $120.00 and $140.00.
