This recent release, produced using 100% Islay barley peated to 20ppm and distilled from their 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests, was matured for a minimum of 11 years in 16 hand-selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts, originally used by the renowned José y Miguel Martín in Jerez, Spain.
