The Rosebank Distillery has unveiled a new immersive tour and tasting experience, centred around its award-winning 31 Year Old Lowland single malt Scotch whisky.

The ‘Discover the World’s Best Whisky’ tour offers visitors the opportunity to sample the whisky that was crowned Best in the World at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Founded in Falkirk in 1840, Rosebank reopened to visitors in June 2024, having closed in 1993, following a multi-million-pound restoration by its owners, Ian Macleod Distillers.

Alongside the opportunity to sample the 31 Year Old expression, the new 90-minute tour and tasting — priced at £50 per person — also includes Rosebank’s New Make Spirit and an aged spirit drawn from one of the casks filled since production resumed in 2023, offering a glimpse into both the distillery’s heritage and its future.

The 31 Year Old expression forms part of the Rosebank Legacy Collection, a trilogy of rare releases selected from a handful of surviving casks from the original distillery.

Since reopening, the distillery has welcomed more than 33,000 visitors from 38 countries and was named Whisky Tourism Destination of the Year 2025 at the Scottish Whisky Awards, cementing its reputation as one of Scotland’s leading whisky visitor experiences.

Spaces for the new Rosebank Distillery ‘Discover the World’s Best Whisky’ tour are limited and will be available from February 26th. For more information and to book tickets, visit www.rosebank.com
