The Whisky Exchange (TWE) has announced the launch of the first UK-exclusive single barrel pick from the Kentucky-based Bourbon brand Knob Creek.

Knob Creek 2015 Single Barrel 10 Year Old – TWE Exclusive (62.6% ABV) is a cask strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled from a cask hand-selected by TWE Buying Director Dawn Davies, from rack 18 on the fourth floor of warehouse Z, during her visit to the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in 2025.

This limited-edition release is said to deliver notes of rich brown sugar, Dutch caramel waffles, polished oak and a hint of blackcurrant on the nose, followed by notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, singed caramel, buttery toffee and Garibaldi biscuits on the palate.

American whiskey sales at TWE are currently up 16% year on year. The growth has been driven by recent limited editions such as Maker’s Mark Star Hill Farm and Eagle Rare 12 Year Old, which have helped fuel demand for unique and exclusive bottlings from American whiskey enthusiasts.
