Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the limited re-release of its Elijah Craig 21 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon.

Elijah Craig 21 Year Old (47% ABV) is a Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, matured in charred American oak barrels.

A rare, ultra-aged addition to the brand’s renowned Single Barrel range, the expression joins the widely acclaimed and award-winning 15 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon and 18 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon.

Elijah Craig 21 Year Old is said to offer aromas of toasted oak, leather and complex spices on the nose, followed by notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, burnt caramel, aged oak, molasses, barrel char and peppery spice on the palate.

Elijah Craig 21 Year Old will be available exclusively from the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience in Louisville, Kentucky, from June 14th, ahead of a limited wider release in selected markets later this year. RRP: $299.99.
