The Texas-based Garrison Brothers Distillery, has announced the launch of its second Bottled-in-Bond release.

Garrison Brothers Bottled-in-Bond – Second Release (50% ABV) is a six-year-old Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made using Texas-grown grains and proofed with pure Hill Country rainwater.

The latest release from Garrison Brothers, the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas to produce authentic, handcrafted, corn-to-cork bourbon whiskey, was distilled in October 2020 during the autumn distilling season.

The Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 requires whiskey to be produced during a single distilling season by one distiller at one distillery, aged for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).

Following the distillery’s first Bottled-in-Bond release in February 2026, this second edition continues its celebration of Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Each bottle reflects its origins and production methods, combining sweet-mash grain, open-air fermentation and six years of Hill Country heat, which helps transform the oak into flavour.

Garrison Brothers Bottled-in-Bond – Second Release is said to offer notes of toasted brown sugar, cinnamon, white pepper, leather, vanilla, nutmeg and anise.

Commenting on the launch, Donnis Todd, Master Distiller, said: “I’ve selected 102 fifty-three-gallon barrels filled on 2 October 2020 to support the next round of Bottled-in-Bond. It’s beautiful. I’m excited to share what came out of these hard-working, six-year-old, 53-gallon barrels and give Garrison Brothers fans a taste of the future.”

Limited to 19,500 bottles, Garrison Brothers Bottled-in-Bond – Second Release, will be available later this month from selected retailers across the US, for a RRP of $89.99.
